'Woman is the Machine' ... and a Little Secret  (July 24, 2005)

I don't do too many non-functional pieces of art, but every now and then the mood strikes me. This piece is a hardboard and golf leaf. It's called Woman is the Machine. It's 55" tall by 15" wide. It's currently in my Functional Forms show. It will be in the Southern Oregon Art Show in August at the Grants Pass Museum of Art. July 1st Show  (July 5, 2005)

My art show on July 1st turned out really well. The set-up looked good and there was lots of traffic for the reception. J.W. Black and his wife Lynne came down from Eugene, so it was cool hanging with them. I sold one piece, have two interested parties on a couple more, and a probable commission… so no complaints...
