July 1st Show (July 5, 2005) My art show on July 1st turned out really well. The set-up looked good and there was lots of traffic for the reception. J.W. Black and his wife Lynne came down from Eugene, so it was cool hanging with them. I sold one piece, have two interested parties on a couple more, and a probable commission… so no complaints. The exhibit runs through the end of the month so the potential is there for even more activity. The only bitch is that we only took a couple of photos. My wife Dana and I were so busy talking to folks that we just forgot about taking pictures. Unfortunately the ones we did take suck, so no pics yet. I'm considering a mid-show reception in a couple of weeks, so I'll try for some new pics then and hopefully post them. But for now, here's a couple of the pieces I that are in the show. ![]() ![]() |
