Here's another new piece I just finished. It's a lamp made from Honduran Mahogany, Pau Ferro and Washi (Japanese paper). It sold before I could even get it to the gallery, and I took orders for a couple more pieces... looks like it will be a successful design... that's always nice.

My good friend Bill Giles just came up for a visit. Bill and I used to play music together... years ago. He's an excellent bass player and one of the only people I know that plays the Chapman Stick. Bill's also an excellent painter and playwright. We spent two days over indulging in food and drink and talking about art... it just doesn't get any better than that!
