Moah (Katherine Hepburn speak) (March 9, 2005) I'm sitting here deep in the Surrey countryside at Saiichi's lovely house wearing Tom Guerra's Mambo Sons T-shirt he sent me just before I left LA for London.....which I will wear to the Cream concert at the Royal Albert Hall May 3. So here's my thinking: whoever the dickhead was who filmed the Goodbye concert at the RAH in 1968, the people doing it this time will get it right...and if they have their act together (I'm sure they will) they will film all four nights and edit from there...and since I will be sitting in the choir seats, above and behind the stage, chances are I'll be in several shots...and I'll be wearing the Mambo Sons' T-shirt for all the world to see FOREVER! Isn't the web great? I've known Saiichi for 12 years, played with him for 5 years, haven't seen him for a year, and in that year, Tom Guerra, who I've never met, but have known netwise for two years, traveled to London and played I've been in the UK two weeks...have run into several friends in the music business I haven't seen for twenty years I had no right to run into, ran into a guy at a rugby club who once lived next door to my mother in Benecia Wherever you are, I hope you are having fun. |
