Introducing 'Racket of Three', the New CD by Mambo Sons (July 29, 2005) My band Mambo Sons and I are releasing a new CD on August 1, which we've titled Racket of Three for a few reasons. One, we make a big racket, two, we are a trio, and three, it's our third album. ![]() The CD will be on both Omnicide Records and Guitar 9 Records, as well as be available via cdbaby and amazon.com. I'm very excited to get this disc out there, looking forward to people's reaction, and getting out to promote it. It's taken a little over six months, and alot of long nights. Since I handle most of the publicity, I can't help but feel as if one major project (the disc) has just wrapped up, but the next major one (the promotion) has just started. ![]() If you like guitar based rock and roll, and are or aren't familiar with our other two albums, I'd like to invite you over to www.MamboSons.com and check out the mp3s, and buy the cd if you like it. I personally think its the best thing we've done, and its got a lot of variety on it, some acoustic tunes, a dobro tune, Once again, thanks for your interest! Tom |
