Guitar Center Session Presents an Evening of Discussion and Insight with Paul Gilbert

In the next installment of the "GC Sessions" series, Guitar Center welcomes guitar virtuoso Paul Gilbert for an exclusive in-store event at the Hollywood Guitar Center on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 7 p.m.. Gilbert will be sharing his experiences, discussing his signature Ibanez and showcasing his brand of crunching riffs and flawless techniques as he performs songs from his catalog of music including his newly released album, United States. The event is open to the public.

When it comes to edge-of-your- seat speed and seamless technique, Paul Gilbert is in a class by himself. Gilbert exploded onto the guitar scene in 1986 with heavy metal innovators Racer X, charted a #1 hit with super-group Mr. Big, and continues to drop jaws around the world with his adventurous solo albums, tours and numerous instructional columns and videos. Join us as Paul Gilbert demonstrates the techniques and licks that define his unique style, and shares wisdom and insights from his long and influential career.
