Press Release
Source: iVideosongs

Guitar players wanting to become a real guitar hero can find their fret board fix with the debut of the new Lead Guitar Concepts TV series by iVideosongs, now available on the iTunes Store (www.iTunes.com). Season one of Lead Guitar Concepts includes 20 episodes that offer up essential guitar knowledge, from how to play an E7 Blues Riff to mastering Charlie Parker style licks.

iVideosongs shows aspiring musicians everywhere how to play their favorite songs completely and accurately, with the instruction provided by the original artists who wrote, performed or produced them, and also from expert instructors. Tutorials and featured licks are available for $0.99.

Each episode of the new season of Lead Guitar Concepts features a unique concept. A wide variety of soloing tips are covered including blues riffs and turnarounds, rock licks, chordal fills, arpeggios, string bending and pentatonic soloing.

"We show you how to play lead guitar for 99 cents a lesson," said Tim Huffman, CEO and co-founder of iVideosongs. "The lessons are presented by master instructors and are shot in high def from multiple camera angles. Seeing is believing and learning visually accelerates the learning process exponentially."

Earlier this year iVideosongs debuted 14 "Learn to Play the Beatles Songs" episodes on iTunes, featuring guitar instruction on classic Fab Four songs including "A Day in the Life," "Blackbird," "Norwegian Wood," "Come Together," "Paperback Writer" and "Revolution." Each of the Beatles titles, filmed at the legendary Abbey Road Studio Two, includes an in-depth interview with Beatles LOVE co-producer Giles Martin, discussing the background of the track, notes about the original recording session and personal anecdotes about The Beatles. iVideosongs Learn To Play TV seasons also offered on iTunes include guitar instruction on hit songs from the 1950's to 2,000's and in some cases include the original artist in the presentation.

iVideosongs offers three kinds of music instruction content. Tutorials designed to improve basic to advanced skills; complete and accurate songs, instructed by professional music teachers; and complete and accurate songs, taught by the original artists who wrote, performed and/or produced them.

Each song title is presented slowly in natural segments representing the introduction, verse, chorus, bridge, outro and other elements, and each title includes tablature and chord grids. Each title also includes a complete performance and backing track, so customers can compare their progress against the song. Titles featuring artists also include an interview segment, where they reveal the inspiration and influences that went into the creation of the song.

About iVideosongs
