ASIA's founding members Geoff Downes (keyboardist); Steve Howe (guitar, mandolin); Carl Palmer (drums); and John Wetton (bass) had all been part of rock history with such groups as King Crimson; Yes; Uriah Heep; Roxy Music; Family; The Buggles; UK; and Emerson, Lake and Palmer. ASIA's albums with such memorable hits as, "Heat of the Moment," "Only Time Will Tell," and "Sole Survivor" have helped push their global records sales to 15 million.

You can submit your chance to win one of the five Phoenix CDs by simply sending an email with ASIA in the subject line to asia@modernguitars.com stating your full name, mailing address, and telephone number. Entry emails must be received by June 30, 2008. Only one entry per person allowed and auto-generated sweepstakes entries will not be accepted.

Contest eligibility is limited to residents of the continental United States. The contest is not open to Modern Guitars employees, staff, or contractors. The winners will be selected randomly on July 1, 2008.
