With winter NAMM fast approaching, Canadian based Godin Guitars ready’s itself for what is to be one of the companies biggest showings of new product at NAMM…ever! Here's a sneak peak at the new guitar models to be unveiled.

Godin Passion RG-3: The first model crafted in the Godin Premier Atelier
A multitude of new and very exciting Godin guitars will be unveiled and undoubtedly heard at NAMM. First on the list is a true 6-string labor of love called the Godin Passion RG-3. Robert Godin’s dream of building the ultimate single-coil electric guitar is now a reality. The exquisite Passion RG-3 reaches new heights in craftsmanship and innovation and is truly a guitar for the single-coil obsessed. These instruments are handcrafted in Canada in the Godin Premier Atelier using only the finest selection of woods and features Godin’s new GS-3 single-coil pickups, as well as the Godin High-Definition Revoicer.

Godin Summit:
Another new addition is the Godin Summit. This rocker is the newest member of the Signature series and with its 24 ľ” scale, carved high flame maple top, mahogany body, Godin High-Definition Revoicer and Seymour Duncan 59 & Alnico 2 humbuckers, this guitar will bring the house down!

Godin 5th Avenue & Multiac Spectrum SA:
Next up is the Godin 5th Avenue, which brings something different to the table, as it is the first acoustic archtop jazz guitar for the company. With its undeniable tone and vintage 1940’s vibe, the 5th Avenue features an arched top & back, F-holes, floating pickguard and an adjustable rosewood bridge. Also, the renowned Multiac series gets a new steel string model with the addition of the new Multiac Spectrum SA. It features a new larger mahogany body design, a Seymour Duncan Lipstick pickup in the neck, Custom Godin electronics with separate tone and volume controls for the Lipstick pickup, as well as 13-pin capabilities for computer & synth access.

Godin LG & Redline1:
Some other new products coming into the Godin Guitar family this January include a new look for the Godin LG HB & LG SP90, with figured tops, cream binding and beautiful Trans Black and Cherry Burst finishes. Another Godin model getting a “make-over” is the aggressive, shred-machine known as the Godin Redline1, now with 24 frets, a new logo, new black headstock, black binding and an array of new striking colors.

Seagull 25th Anniversary Guitars:
On the acoustic side, Godin will present 2 very special, limited edition models to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of its Seagull brand of acoustic guitars. The Seagull 25th Anniversary Flame Maple CW EQ and Mahogany Spruce will each include a commemorative certificate and 25th anniversary headstock logo. Both feature select solid woods and, in true Seagull fashion, will be made available at an unprecedented value. Other acoustic models include the new Seagull Maritime CW GT QII and the Seagull S6 Slim CW Spruce Q1T, along with the first all gloss acoustic in the Art & Lutherie line.
