Kid Rock Announces 2008 Tour Dates

Press release
Source: Atlantic Records

Kid Rock

Kid Rock

After releasing Rock N Roll Jesus, the best album of his career, and having it debut at #1, appearing on the cover of Rolling Stone, and charming the pants off Ellen (not literally), Kid Rock is going to start off 2008 with an even bigger bang - the biggest tour of his career. Dubbed the "Rock and Roll Revival Tour," Kid Rock will return to arenas for a Rock N Roll spectacle that will include a host of friends, including Reverend Run from the superstar rap group RUN DMC. Special guests can be expected to perform with Kid Rock at stops throughout the tour.

In addition to selling more than 20 million records in the U.S. alone, Kid Rock has proven himself to be an inveterate road warrior, blowing the roofs off of theatres, arenas, and enormodomes on countless cross-country and international tours throughout his career. However, with the Rock and Roll Revival Tour, the Pimp of the Nation gives his legion of fans the chance see a show unlike any other - as Rock would say, it's going to be like "going to Church drunk on a Saturday night."

The Rock and Roll Revival Tour comes as Kid Rock closes the year in fine form, appearing on the Larry The Cable Guy Christmas Spectacular on VH1, a special episode of "Run's House" on MTV, and if the writers strike ever ends, a ton of national TV appearances.

Tickets for the Rock and Roll Revival Tour go on sale nationally beginning December 8th. Please check www.KidRock.com and www.myspace.com/kidrock for more information or check local outlets.
