Press release

Taja

Taja

Daisy Rock has recently acquired two extremely talented new bands. We are excited to add these names to our roster of Daisy Rock endorsed artists, and we are thrilled to share a little bit about our new musicians!

TAJA
The band Taja was discovered on a national audition in Atlanta in 2002. Guitarist Natalie, bassist LaShae, and on keyboards Ambria, possessed undeniable talent and a certain irresistible edge! Since being discovered, the band’s rise in fame and popularity has been virtually unstoppable. They appeared and sang in Disney’s movie, Pixel Perfect, and their edgy song “Don’t Even Try It” made it onto the Disney soundtrack. Taja have been featured as the opening act for Jordan Knight and Debbie Gibson and have played at many famous venues including the House of Blues in Anaheim, The Roxy on Sunset Blvd., Point of Orlando, and many more. Featured in Teen Faces magazine, the magazine commented, “Their writing and style are refreshing.” Their single “All American Girl” went #2 on the charts in Florida, they are currently working on the finishing touches of their nationwide tour, and their album will be released concurrently. You may also go to their websites for more information. To request pre-release album sales, visit www.nferecorfds.com. Plus, get all your friends to join at www.myspace.com/tajamusic.

JANNEL RAP

Jannel Rap

Jannel Rap

Jannel Rap, vocalist and guitarist for the band Clementine, is an incredibly unique and inspirational individual. Spearheaded by Jannel, the band’s purpose revolves around a personal incident: Jannel’s sister, Gina Bos, disappeared after a performance one night seven years ago. Since then, Jannel has been not only inspired to find her sister but to raise community awareness that these events are real and that the families should not have to stand idly by with little to no hope for closure. Clementine goes on tour this fall to raise money for the Gina for Missing Persons FOUNDation. The band possess more than just talent, they possess heart. Traveling the country for 19 days, they will reach out to families of the missing to raise money and community awareness, and to generate publicity in hopes that many of these families can receive answers for which many of them have waited years. To reach even more people, Clementine has invited all interested artists to get involved in their own communities and dedicate one of their own performances to the organization, spreading the word and generating further awareness. Daisy Rock will be sponsoring the tour and is extremely proud to endorse artist Jannel Rap. Her passion for music and her passion for life truly help in the search for missing persons everywhere.
