Orange Amps Sponsors the Q 2007 Inspiration Award

This year marks Q magazine’s 21st birthday and the annual award awards party will be one to remember. Following the Q Awards Launch Night at Indigo Rooms on the 12th September, it can now be announced that Orange Amps are sponsoring the prestigious Q Inspiration award. This unique award is made by the magazine in acknowledgement of far reaching musical influence and previous winners have included U2, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Bjork, Blondie, among others.

Orange have been a pioneering force in guitar amplification for over 40 years and their influence has been built on their reputation on delivering high quality without compromise on construction and tone. Many of the Q winners have used Orange Amps over the years and already in this years awards many Orange endorsed bands have nominated including The View (Best New Act), Kaiser Chiefs (Best Album video, track) Kate Nash (Best Breakthrough artist).

The award ceremony will take place at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on 8 October.
