It is with a great feeling of loss and regret, that Godin Guitars announces the passing of a longtime friend and respected Godin Sales Representative, Arthur Scollon.

Arthur Edward Scollon passed away suddenly on February 6th 2007, in his home in Maple Ridge B.C. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Kathleen and their three children, Derek, Crystal and Miles.

For the last 25 years, Arthur was the Western Canadian Sales Rep for Godin Guitars. His enthusiasm, knowledge, kindness and love for music made him very well liked and respected by everyone he encountered, both in and out of the industry. He was also never without his sense of humor, which was able to bring a smile to the faces of everyone he encountered.

Robert Godin, president and founder of Godin Guitars, said: “Arthur was such an amazing person to have on your team, both professionally and as a friend. We will miss him very much.”

Godin Guitars and all its employees extend their deepest sympathies and wishes to Arthur’s family through this difficult time.
