Tommy Norton

Daisy Rock is very pleased to announce that on January 2, 2007, Tommy Norton will join us as Director of Sales. Tommy has a 20 year background in the MI industry in various positions, giving him a unique perspective of the industry.

For the last five years, Tommy was a Product Specialist for Fender Musical Instruments. In his role with Fender, he served as a liaison between Fender’s senior management and several top chain stores. He also provided sales and product training as well as sales clinics at multiple locations.

Prior to working at Fender, Tommy worked for five years as the Artist Relations Coordinator and Guitar Department Manager at West L.A. Music. In addition to artist relations and staff management, his role at West L.A. Music included sales training, purchasing, advertising, and inventory movement.

From 1987 to 1996, Tommy was the Store Manager at The Music Maker. Managing all the day to day activities for a busy music store, Tommy’s responsibilities included inventory, purchasing, sales, sales training, hiring staff, and scheduling.

Tommy also has a background in audio recording and engineering, spending two years running his own recording studio, Complex Sound Studios.

We are delighted to have Tommy join our team, and thrilled to have him on board to help advance Daisy Rock’s bright and exciting future!
