Snow Patrol Performs Acoustic Gig at Gibson Guitar Studio for Virgin Radio Winners

Number one selling band and festival favorites Snow Patrol performed an exclusive acoustic gig in the Gibson Guitar Studio in London for listeners of Virgin Radio, the nation's favorite pop and rock radio station. One hundred lucky competition winners were invited to attend Snow Patrol’s most intimate acoustic gig at the famous Gibson Guitar Studio.

Over the past week Virgin Radio has been giving their listeners the opportunity to win a pair of exclusive tickets to the hottest ticket in town. Snow Patrol’s lead singer Gary Lightbody led his band on stage to perform a selection of acoustic tracks from their last two number one selling albums including their current chart hit “Chasing Cars”. Other vintage Snow Patrol tracks they performed included “Chocolate,” “Spitting Games” and “Run”. Before the gig the band signed an Epiphone SG Special guitar which will be given away on the Ben Jones Most Wanted show on Thursday 7th September at 7.00pm when the gig broadcasts on Virgin Radio.

Snow Patrol will be touring the UK through December, taking in two nights at London ’s Wembley Arena on the 18th & 19th.
