Over 18 international recording and performing artists come together to raise awareness of underprivileged children in need through the newly release CD Artists For Charity - Guitarists 4 The Kids.

ALL net proceeds raised are donated to World Vision - a leader in child sponsorship and emergency aid.

World Vision was founded in 1950 by Dr. Bob Pirece to help orphans in the Korean war. Over 55 years later and with the loving support of thousands of volunteers and donors, World Vision is now established world-wide assisting underprivileged children and families by providing necessary nutrition, medicine, shelter, education, counselling and child sponsorship programs to help in replacing poverty with equality.

About the CD
Guitarists 4 The Kids offers over 79 minutes of music brought to you by some of the world's most respected and talented guitarists and artists and features both instrumental and vocal tracks, displaying a wide range of musical styles including Funk Rock, Jazz Fusion, Punk, Blues, Flamenco, and Experimental / Ambient.

The CD also includes a couple of rare bootlegs and previously unreleased songs to offer something fresh and different for the eclectic music collectors.

Robert Fripp:
Throughout his career, guitarist Robert Fripp has continually pushed the boundaries of pop music, as well as pursuing many avant-garde and experimental musical ideas. Fripp began playing professionally with the League of Gentlemen in the mid-'60s, which soon evolved into King Crimson, one of the worlds most respected progressive rock bands of its era.

Side projects away from King Crimson included two albums with Brian Eno which featured the musicians experimenting with avant-garde techniques, including Fripp's "Frippertronics." Frippertronics is a unique creation of layeredd guitars, producing harmonically rich and picturesque soundscapes. It became a familiar sound on his records.
On this record Robert presents one of his latest Frippertronics entitled, "At The End Of Time"
