Ronnie James Dio to Release Live Recording of the Epic Album "Holy Diver"

On April 18th, 2006, Ronnie James Dio and Eagle Records/Eagle Rock Entertainment will release the first-ever live recording of the classic Dio album Holy Diver.

Entitled Holy Diver Live, the two-disc set features the 1983 album played in its entirety on the first disc, as well as a second disc comprised of songs from Dio's solo career and his time fronting Rainbow and Black Sabbath.

Recorded live in London on the Fall 2005 tour before a raucous, sold-out audience, Holy Diver Live includes a unique spoken-word introduction.
An accompanying DVD will also be available in May, 2006.

This live presentation of one of the most famous heavy metal albums of all time has been a long time coming and is a fitting addition to the Dio catalogue.
