January 31, 2006Clear Static to Perform at 9th Annual Interactive Achievement AwardsPress release Maverick Records recording artist, Clear Static, have been selected by the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences to perform at the 9th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards taking at "The Joint" at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on February 9th. Hosted by comedian Jay Mohr, the awards show will honor outstanding products, individuals and development teams in the entertainment software industry. Clear Static will perform songs including, "Make-up Sex" from their self-titled debut album set to hit stores nationwide in early February. This dance-rock style band recently opened up for Duran Duran on their 2005 tour. For more information please contact:
