PRS Guitars Joins DuPont at Las Vegas SEMA Automotive Show

On September 10, 2005, Richmond International Raceway hosted the NASCAR Chevy Rock & Roll 400. The evening began with a Monte Carlo SS pace car and ended with a custom Chevy PRS guitar trophy, both finished in matching DuPont Hot Hues colors. The trophy, hand crafted and measuring over four feet in height, incorporated a custom PRS guitar engulfed in polished aluminum flames seated on a mahogany and maple pedestal and was presented at victory lane to winner of the race, Kurt Busch.

The NASCAR event, along with other joint ventures, has brought PRS Guitars and DuPont together for a second year in a row at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. Take a stroll down Hot Rod Alley to get a first hand look at how DuPont Hot Hues will unleash the hottest, most vivid colors and special effect finishes available.
