Photo Op: Jackson Browne and Chris Webster, Winner of the New Musician Award at the HatcH Festival

Socially conscious musician and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Jackson Browne listens intently to master luthier Ren Ferguson on his recent visit to Gibson Acoustic in Bozeman, Montana. Browne was in town as part of the Gibson Guitar sponsored HatcH Festival and presented the Gibson New Musician Award later that week. The HatcH, a red carpet arts festival, promising stars and industry professionals from all over the globe took place in Bozeman, Montana October 4-9, 2005 and partnered talent and industry professionals in mentorship with young emerging talents. Jackson Browne felt like "hanging around" the Gibson Acoustic lacquer room during his recent visit to Bozeman, Montana for the 2nd Annual HatcH Festival in which Gibson Guitar was a sponsor. Instead of taking the typical tour Browne decided to hang with the best and see how it felt to be amongst the world's premiere instruments...literally. Browne surprised Chris Webster, this year's winner of the Gibson New Musician Award at the 2nd Annual HatcH Festival in Bozeman, Montana on stage at the Ellen Theater, when he presented her with an exclusive Gibson Traveling Songwriter acoustic guitar as the award.
