Paul Reed Smith Guitars wins for print ads focusing on famed guitarists

STEVENSVILLE, MD, June 13, 2005- Music Inc. Magazine's third annual Supplier Excellence Awards recognized Paul Reed Smith Guitars for their marketing campaign. Music Inc. sent out a ballot to retailers on their subscription list and they responded with the winning votes. The categories included Overall Excellence, Dealer Support, Product Innovation, Level Playing Field and Marketing, which was then divided into P.O.P. materials, ad campaigns and events. These awards provide an opportunity for music product retailers to recognize the suppliers in the industry with whom they enjoy working. There were 25 total winners.

Paul Reed Smith Guitars won an award in the Marketing category for launching successful advertising campaigns. In particular, dealers mentioned that they appreciated Paul Reed Smith's print ads focusing on endorsing artists. The ads have helped create excitement at the dealer level, but more importantly, they have generated enthusiasm among end-users.
