Ramon Gonzalez Mora Receives Two BMI Latin Awards

On the evening of Thursday, April 21, 2005, in a private reception held in Las Vegas, NV, singer/songwriter and Gibson/ Epiphone composer Ramon Gonzalez Mora was honored by Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) with two BMI Latin Awards for his original compositions, "Actos de Un Tonto" and "Ave Cautiva", both recorded by Conjunto Primavera. These awards are selected from the entire BMI catalog, based on the amount of performances during the award period. Ramon Gonzalez Mora has won the award in the past 6 consecutive years at the BMI Latin Awards, including two BMI Latin Song of the Year Awards.

Ramon Gonzalez Mora is also a 2003 Latin Grammy Nominee and winner of several awards including a premio lo Nuestro award (UNIVISION).

En los premios Latinos BMI, a el cantautor y artista de Gibson / Epiphone....Ramon Gonzalez Mora le fueron otorgados dos Premios por sus exitos, "Actos De Un Tonto" y "Ave Cautiva" grabadas por El Conjunto Primavera. El Premio Latino de BMI distingue anualmente las canciones latinas mas interpretadas durante el año. Ramon Gonzalez Mora ha ganado el Premio Latino de BMI los últimos seis años consecutivos, incluyendo dos Premio Latino de BMI en la categoria CANCION DEL AÑO.
