News (Good and Bad) for Would-be Cream Reunion Concert Goers

First the bad news, which is already old news: The Cream reunion concert tickets sold out immediately upon becoming available and the prices asked on the secondary market are simply another piece of bad news for the unlucky. The good news: Lyricist Pete Brown, who helped pen several Cream classics such as "Sunshine of Your Love", "White Room" and "Politician", is set to perform at an after concert party on Friday, May 6, 2005, starting at 11 p.m., at the London Hard Rock Cafe, along with Malcolm Bruce, son of Cream bassist, Jack Bruce, and Saiichi Sugiyama, guitarist and vocalist who has covered several Cream tunes for a recording label in Japan.
