"Little Steven" Van Zandt Helps Celebrate Rock 'n' Roll's 50th Anniversary

On Monday, March 28, 2005, "Little Steven" Van Zandt will host a screening of a special program of rare rock'n' roll television footage from the "Ed Sullivan Show" - opening night of a month long series of screenings at the Museum of Television & Radio. Van Zandt will host a question and answer session following the screening with all five surviving members of The Comets. Tonight's screening is part of a number of events and exhibits that will be held in the Los Angeles area to celebrate the 50th anniversary of rock 'n' roll in conjunction with the launching of Van Zandt's "Underground Garage Radio" station on the Sirius satellite system. The museum is located at 465 N. Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. Time: 7:30 pm - 10 pm. Seating is limited.
