February 12th Benefit Concert to Benefit Victims of the La Conchita Landslide

Jeff Bridges, Jackson Browne, Collective Soul, Michael McDonald and More to Perform at "Hear and Now" a Concert to Benefit the Victims of the La Conchita Landslide

Santa Barbara, February 7, 2005 -- Santa Barbara rock station 99.9 KTYD have joined musicians Jackson Browne, Michael McDonald, Collective Soul, Jimmy Messina, Christopher Cross and actor/musician Jeff Bridges and pro surfer Tom Curren in a benefit concert titled "Hear and Now" to support the victims of the La Conchita landslide last month that killed 10 people and destroyed many homes in the oceanside town just south of Santa Barbara.

The concert will take place Saturday, February 12th at 7:00 PM at the Arlington Theater (1317 State Street) in downtown Santa Barbara. Proceeds will be donated to The American Red Cross in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties as well as the Ventura Chapter of The United Way to assist families devastated from the mudslide.

Ticket prices are $30, $40, $50;VIP tickets will be available for $100 and @200 include entry into catered after show reception with artists and a silent auction.
