Ignacio GonzalezWhat happens when you combine a passion for guitar with a passion for writing and a passion for life? You get Ignacio.

Ignacio is your everyday guitar player armed with pen and paper – well, a computer that is. He is a weekend gig warrior with a day job. He teaches guitar to pretty much anyone who asks him for help three times, each on a different occasion. And, after the right amount of coffee, he’s wired and looking for ways to spread the guitar gospel and pay tribute to past, present and future guitarists and musicians.

Ignacio’s website, IG BLOG, is a place for inspiration, ideas, insight and instruction to anyone interested in making music with guitar. His writing is funny, serious, and everything in between. On any given day, anyone who plays and loves guitar can visit IG BLOG and find bits and pieces written only to nourish the guitar dream and make playing guitar fun and meaningful.

Ignacio lives in Houston, Texas, and is surrounded by women – his wife Natalie and daughters Mia and Ava.
